Missy is still working as a world class colorist from Los Angeles & Hawaii, and has traveled around the U.S. perfecting her skills throughout her career… Specializing in Highlights and Blonding, with training from Toni & Guy in Dallas and LA, Vidal Sassoon in LA, Paul Mitchell in San Diego & Hawaii, Redken in New York, L'Oreal in New York, Yuko Systems in Beverly Hills, Beth Minardi in Chicago and mentored by many celebrity hairdressers throughout her 30+ year career.
She is a sought after salon business and technical educator sharing her knowledge of the industry to her peers both with online and in person training.
Missy is the CEO of The Rich Hairdresser Club & Salon Goat Coaching and offers many opportunities for hairdressers to gain "real world" knowledge of the hair industry and salon ownership. How does this work? Where will it be? Where do i stay?
After applying and submitting payment, you will be sent a questionnaire to fill out to make your experience tailored to you specifically..
We will send you the info on airports and hotels in the area of the salon of the intensive. You will be responsible for finding and getting all your own accommodations and transportation for the visit. We recommend using Hotwire as a starting point for hotels..
We will then start lining up live models for your training picked for the things you want to work on most.
Class will start at 12 noon daily and go till 7pm or whenever we are finished up. You will have your mornings free to explore our beaches, exercise or just enjoy our views and have a cup of coffee.
This is a very intensive program and we will only break for a very short lunch just like you when you are working in the salon having $1000.00 days! (no long lunch breaks here).
How many people will be in each session??
We want your experience to be the most interactive & personal class you have ever taken, so we limit each class to 1 person per session.
We found this private attention is different than anything else out there! This is NOT a shadowing experience like most salons offer where they are actually still working in the salon, and you just watch them all day and pay 1k a day.

Once you complete the program you will receive a diploma, and 6 months of The Apprentice Program Membership. This is Missy's monthly digital program for hairdressers who want to kill it in this industry.
What if I want to bring a friend?
Yes! We can arrange a program for 2 people IF they need to work on the same things.. It would need to be approved by Missy, as this is on a case by case basis.
